Novotel Phuket is located close to the historic Sino-Portuguese quarter, making it the perfect choice for business and leisure travellers. Guests are able to walk only a short distance to shopping malls, markets, art galleries, cultural sights, restaurants, and are only few minutes’ drive from the nearest beach.

service

The service at the Novotel Phuket was to a high standard and we were very well looked after. The hotel arranged our airport transfers and made us a pre-packed breakfast for our early morning flight to our next destination so we could enjoy on the way to the airport (as we would have been too early for the breakfast buffet).

A turn-down service was provided and our bags brought up to our room upon check-in.

Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service provided and we would visit again on our next trip to Phuket.

You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the Novotel’s outdoor pool, located on the 3rd floor and adjacent to InBalance Fitness. The pool is open daily from 7am – 7 pm however in the winter months it can get extremely cold.

This contemporary lobby lounge provides the perfect venue for an afternoon coffee, evening cocktail, casual business meeting, or gathering with friends. The lounge is open from 10am to 11pm.

Amor Restaurant

The restaurant is a sophisticated counterpoint to the abundant street fare outside the hotel. It serves delicious local and international cuisines in both buffet and a la carte formats with a live cooking station. A wide variety of food options including soups, salads, hot and cold dishes and desserts are available.

The rooms in the Novotel Phuket were outstandingly stunning and extremely spacious. We were lucky enough to stay in an Executive suite and it was to die for. Each little detail had been carefully put into place (from a pillow menu to a turn down service) everything had been thought of. The bath tub was huge and the living area was a nice touch to the room, the TV was also complete with most of the satellite channels so ordering room service and relaxing in the comfort of your own room is highly advisable.
