We visited Ta-Krai during our stay at the J W Marriott Khao Lak as it looked beautiful from the outside and had a delightful warm lighting inside. Just before we entered the restaurant we enjoyed the beautiful pink night sky as the sun was setting on the beach straight in front of us. 

When we entered the restaurant we noticed it was relatively busy (and we did not have a reservation) however the kind staff managed to seat us anyway. It seemed like one of the more popular restaurants of the nine on site. 

We felt it was a little expensive but the food was to a high standard and drinks were enjoyable. The service was OK however a little slow compared to some of the other restaurants we visited at the J W Marriott Khao Lak Resort.
