our review

We visited the Rice Barge restaurant as it was located in our hotel (Away Kanchanaburi). We had a lovely time however to be quite honest, the food wasn't at the level we were expecting and the restaurant itself lacked atmosphere.

We were constantly surrounded by flies and small bugs as it is located on a barge in the middle of the River Kwai.

We wouldn't recommend making a special trip to this restaurant if you're not staying in the hotel however it's OK for an easy dinner if you are staying in Away.
